Ovum is a concierge style fertility and preconception container in partnership with Dr. Tali Kahan, NMD and Samantha Kaplan, Doula.
We combine years of experience to provide women and couples with the best preparation for a healthy, happy fertility journey.
Together, we work with you (and your partner when relevant) to put together a comprehensive 3-6 month plan for successful conception.

Ovum plans include sessions with Dr. Tali for comprehensive lab testing and treatment recommendations as well as sessions with Samantha for comprehensive nutrition, lifestyle and birth/postpartum recommendations.

Ovum includes a monthly rhythm of medical care plus coaching support, with shared clinical alignment so you are not piecing together advice from different places.
Your care plan may include:
Advanced labs and specialty diagnostics: HTMA, GI MAP, and California labs (bloodwork)
Monthly medical visit with Dr. Tali: lab interpretation, supplement strategy, prescriptions when appropriate
Monthly coaching visit with Samantha: nutrition strategy, food journal review, lifestyle structure, stress and mindfulness support
Monthly team review together: we align notes and treatment plans so your roadmap stays coherent and streamlined
